Vinyasa Flow

Our signature offering. This dynamic style of yoga links breath to movement in a fluid sequence. Expect a cardiovascular workout mixed with strength building and flexibility work. Classes are sequenced creatively so no two classes are exactly alike.

Hot Yoga

A vigorous, classical 60-minute sequence performed in 95-100°F heat. The heat allows for deeper stretching and promotes detoxification through sweating. It's challenging but accessible—you don't need to be flexible to start.

Meditation & Breathwork

A gentler offering focused on the mind. Guided meditations, pranayama (breath control), and mindfulness techniques help reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance mental clarity. Perfect for beginners or those seeking stillness.
