Whether you're in your first trimester or nearing your due date, our certified instructors will guide you through gentle poses that alleviate common pregnancy ailments like back pain, swelling, and fatigue, while preparing your body for labor.

What to Expect

Gentle Warm-Up

We begin with breathwork and gentle movement to center your mind and warm up the body safely.

Modified Flows

Classic yoga poses adapted for your changing body, focusing on stability and opening without strain.

Pelvic Floor & Core

Targeted exercises to prepare for labor and support your changing posture as baby grows.

Deep Relaxation

Guided Savasana (rest) with visualizations for you and your baby to bond and recharge.

Safety First

Your and your baby's safety is our top priority. Our Prenatal Yoga teachers are specially certified and hold additional training in prenatal anatomy and physiology.

We ask all participants to consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine during pregnancy.

  • β€’ Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
  • β€’ Bring a mat and props if you have them (we provide free ones)
  • β€’ Stay hydrated! Water is provided
  • β€’ Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing
