The Heat is On
Hot Yoga isn't just about sweating—though you will definitely sweat. The 95-100°F temperature warms the muscles for a safer, deeper stretch while promoting circulation and detoxification. Our sequence is designed to challenge every system of the body.
We take hydration seriously. Please arrive well-hydrated and listen to your body. Resting is always an option, and props are available to help you modify any pose.

Prepare for the Heat
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your class. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals 2-3 hours prior.
Bring a Towel
You'll need a yoga towel to cover your mat (we sell them at the front desk) and a hand towel for the sweat.
Listen to Your Body
It is perfectly okay—and encouraged—to take Child's Pose or sit out a round if you feel lightheaded.
